Becoming a Stallholder at our Market requires several steps before you can start selling.
1. If you would like to be a Stallholder, please download our Registation Packet, fill it out and send it to us.
Please carefully read through the About page where we cover what it means to be part of an Authentic Farmers' Market as well as the important differences between being a Certified Local Stallholder and an Approved Local Stallholder.
Submitting a registration packet is not a guarantee of acceptance to attend our market. We reserve the right to decide what will fit best with our market so as to maintain a balance of products and fairness to other Stallholders.
New ventures seeking to trial prepared food products should give careful consideration to the use of a Registered Kitchen and to the labeling requirements of prepared foods. We can recommend several kitchens in Upper Hutt and put you in contact with the appropriate bodies to discuss registration and labeling requirements.
2. The Market Committee will review your application and if we feel there is a good fit, we will contact you to arrange for a pre-commencent audit of your process, premises and paperwork associated with any prepared foods being offered at the market.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you!
